Professor Leng Zhen was awarded the Special Prize of the Shanghai Transportation Engineering Society Scientific and Technological Award. The award was titled: Research and Demonstration of Low-Carbon Sustainable Road Pavement Technology Based on Value-added Regeneration of Waste Rubber and Plastics.
