Dr. Xi Jiang2023-05-31Dr. Xi Jiang joined Dr. Leng's group in November, 2022. Before joining Dr. Leng’s group, he worked as a research scientist at The National Transportation Research Center (NTRC) under the U.S. Department of Energy. He received his Ph.D. from The University of Tennessee, Knoxville. His research interests mainly focus on resilient underground structures, low-carbon and sustainable construction materials, and transportation geotechnics (smart pavement structures). Dr. Binbin Yin2023-03-10Dr. Binbin Yin joined Dr. Leng's group in March, 2023. He obtained his Ph.D. Degree (2021) from City University of Hong Kong (Supervisor: Yeung Kin Man Chair Professor Kim Meow Liew). Prior to joining Dr. Leng's group, Dr. Yin worked as a Postdoc at City University of Hong Kong. His current research interests focus on multiscale and multi-physics modeling of composites and asphalt pavements, development of sustainable pavement materials, and machine learning-assisted material design.
